Try three classes in Knaphill for £25

Three weeks gives time to enjoy the experience, meet other pupils, and feel comfortable with the teachers and the school. Far better than a single drop-in. A buddy sits with them on day one.

Three weeks to find the right class

From Melody Movement at 2.5 through graded ISTD and Excel, every child is introduced to their teacher and paired with a studio buddy. Leggings and a T-shirt are enough for the first visit. Melody Movement dancers should also bring socks with grips and a favourite teddy.

How booking works

Tell us their age. We handle the rest.

    Tell us who is coming

    Share ages and the classes you are curious about. Unsure is fine - we will recommend a class from date of birth and a short note.

  2. 02

    Receive your portal login

    We email class information, a studio map and access to our virtual portal so you can book the three taster sessions that fit.

  3. 03

    Come to the studio

    Your dancer is welcomed by name, introduced to their teacher, and paired with a buddy for the class. Parking is immediately outside.

  4. 04

    Join the LESTA family

    After the tasters we ask if you would like to enrol. Term fees are invoiced less the £25 trial, plus a £25 enrolment fee.

The stage they could grow into

A trial is the start. Every child in the school is invited to take the Rhoda McGaw stage. Watch the showreel, then browse stills from 16 to 18 April 2026.

What to wear

  • Leggings and a T-shirt are perfect for a taster
  • A leotard and tights are welcome if you already have them
  • For Melody Movement, please bring socks with grips and a favourite teddy
  • For acro, please bring a gymnastics or yoga mat
  • Full uniform details are given if you enrol

The buddy system

Confirmation emails name the teacher and the studio, with a map of Lansbury Estate. At the door, the teacher introduces themselves and pairs your child with an existing pupil - so the first class never feels like walking in alone.

If you enrol

  • £25 enrolment fee
  • First term invoiced less the £25 trial
  • Monthly fees thereafter via GoCardless
  • One month’s notice before the 28th if you need to leave
  • Second-hand uniform Facebook group if you would rather not buy new

Teachers are DBS checked and first-aid trained. Parking is immediately outside at Lansbury Estate, Knaphill GU21 2EP. If you would rather talk it through first, call 07773 121884 or email contact@lesta.org.uk.
